Group Therapy

$0.00

Group therapy offers a chance to explore healing, connection, creativity, and community alongside others who may also be navigating overwhelm, identity, stress, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, or the complicated experience of being human. Our future groups will incorporate somatic, art, and dance/movement based approaches that invite people to notice how emotions, stress, memories, protection, and patterns of survival live and move through the body and relationships.

Together, we may explore movement, creativity, rhythm, sensation, nervous system awareness, reflection, storytelling, music, art making, and collaborative expression in ways that support curiosity, grounding, emotional expression, connection, and collective care. No dance or art experience is needed, and there is no “right” way to participate here. The focus is not performance or perfection, but building safer, more sustainable relationships with ourselves, our bodies, and each other over time.

A large part of our work and passion lives in group spaces and community based healing. We believe there is something deeply powerful about being witnessed alongside others who may also be navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity, grief, burnout, adoption related experiences, overwhelm, creativity, embodiment, or the complicated experience of surviving systems that often ask people to disconnect from themselves in order to cope.

Our future groups will integrate somatic, art, and dance/movement based approaches that invite people to explore emotions, nervous system responses, creativity, relational dynamics, expression, and collective care in more collaborative and embodied ways. Together, we may explore movement, rhythm, storytelling, art making, music, reflection, grounding, and community connection in ways that support curiosity, self awareness, emotional expression, and relationship to self and others.

No art or dance experience is needed, and there is no “right” way to participate here. The focus is not performance, productivity, or having perfectly articulated insights, but creating spaces where people can experiment, connect, process, rest, laugh, feel, move, and exist more fully human together.

While our groups page may still look a little quiet right now, trust that we are building intentionally. Future offerings around creativity, embodiment, identity, collective care, neurodivergence, relational healing, and community connection are all very much in the works.
